Frequency:
As needed – AM and PM. Start usage every other day. Increase to daily or twice daily as skin becomes acclimated. Frequency may be increased to remove excess oil or to accelerate your skin care program.

How to Use:
Start usage every other day for two weeks by moistening a cotton pad with tonic and wipe over face, neck and chest. After two weeks, apply daily.
